Adults Program
Our Adult Jiu-Jitsu Program is crafted to encompass every aspect of the art.
We cover the full spectrum from fundamental techniques to modern sport Jiu-Jitsu, and from practical self-defense to competition-focused training.
Our classes are designed and led by Manuel Flores and Brenda Soto,
who bring years of experience and a passion for developing students at every level.

Competition Program
Our award-winning competition program is designed for dedicated and experienced
Jiu-Jitsu practitioners who are looking to take their skills to the next level.
This program focuses on developing the technical, tactical and physical skills required to excel in competition. The curriculum includes advanced techniques, sparring, and strategy, as well as strength and conditioning training.
Participants in the competition program will have the opportunity to compete in local, regional, and national tournaments and gain valuable experience competing against some of the best Jiu-Jitsu practitioners in the country.
Our program has produced multiple national and international champions, and has a reputation for being one of the top competition programs in the region.
Participation in the program is by invitation or after a tryout process, and is open to all students who meet the required skill level and demonstrate the commitment and dedication needed to succeed at the highest levels of competition.
This program is for the serious student who is looking to take their training to the next level and achieve their full potential in the sport of Jiu-Jitsu.

Tiny Warriors ( Ages 4-7 )
Our Tiny Warriors program is thoughtfully designed for children ages four to seven, offering them a fun and safe introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In this program, we focus on teaching the fundamental movements and body mechanics of Jiu-Jitsu, helping kids understand positions, transitions, takedowns, and submissions in a way that’s appropriate for their age.
While some of our Tiny Warriors may choose to join our competition classes down the line, the core of this program is about building character, discipline, and confidence. We emphasize listening skills, following directions, and feeling comfortable in a structured environment where they can thrive.
Parents can rest assured that our Tiny Warriors program not only introduces children to martial arts, but also instills values like respect, patience, work ethic and teamwork. We want every child to come away not only with new physical skills, but also with a stronger sense of self and a love for learning. We’re excited to welcome your little ones into our martial arts family and watch them grow into confident, capable young warriors.

Youth Level 1 ( Ages 7-13 )
Our Youth Level 1 Program is the perfect starting point for kids ages seven to thirteen who are new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. In this program, we introduce the basic techniques of ground fighting, submissions, and wrestling in a safe, fun, and challenging environment led by our world-class instructors.
We focus on helping kids build confidence by gently pushing them out of their comfort zones and teaching them to handle challenging situations. Alongside martial arts skills, we instill important values like respect, perseverance, and seeing the world through the lens of martial arts philosophy.
In Youth Level 1, students earn stripes and belts based on their progress and improvement, not just attendance. We evaluate their ability to perform techniques under pressure, their character on the mats, and their willingness to train with students of different ranks and ages. Our coaches are dedicated to mentoring each child, helping them navigate both physical and mental challenges. We aim to develop honorable, independent students who become leaders on and off the mats.

Youth Level 2 ( Ages 7-13 )
Youth Level 2 Program
Our Youth Level 2 Program is a step up for kids who have proven their mastery of the fundamentals and are eager to tackle more advanced challenges. In this program, we emphasize not only a higher level of technical skill and competition readiness but also the importance of teamwork and truly earning their place in the class.
Students move up from Level 1 to Level 2 based on their consistent performance, their ability to retain techniques over time, and their demonstrated commitment to pushing themselves. Our instructors keep a keen eye on each student’s development, ready to invite them to Level 2 when they’re truly prepared for the next level of training.
We also emphasize that Level 2 requires a partnership with parents. As the training becomes more demanding, parental support is key. We want families to understand that Level 2 is a more challenging setting where kids will need encouragement and support as they strive to reach their goals.
In essence, Youth Level 2 is for dedicated young martial artists who are ready to earn their spot, embrace a higher level of teamwork, and step confidently into the world of competitive Jiu-Jitsu with the full backing of our coaching staff and their families.


Kickboxing Program
Our kickboxing program, led by world-class instructors, offers both kids and adults a truly authentic training experience.
This is not a cardio kickboxing class that you might find at a typical gym. Instead, we emphasize real-world Muay Thai, kickboxing, and boxing techniques that prepare our students for practical self-defense and real-life scenarios.
In our classes, students will engage in dynamic, challenging, and fun training sessions that mirror the way real fighters train, but in a safe and controlled environment. We believe in delivering genuine value, ensuring that every participant learns proper technique and gains the skills they need to defend themselves if ever necessary.
For Adults:
Our adult kickboxing classes focus on real application, whether for self-defense or personal growth. We expect students to bring their own gear—mouthpiece, shin pads, gloves, and hand wraps—and to keep it clean and presentable. Sparring is introduced when the instructor feels the group is ready, ensuring everyone’s safety and readiness.
For Kids:
Our kids’ kickboxing program teaches real-life techniques in a way that’s age-appropriate and builds confidence. We focus not just on physical skills, but also on developing character, discipline, and the ability to handle challenging situations, like bullying, with confidence. Classes are fun and engaging, and as kids advance, they’ll grow within a supportive system designed to bring out their best.
